Juntos helps churches care for their people. This page explains, in plain words, how we handle the information churches and their people trust us with.
Your church is in charge of its information
Churches use Juntos to keep track of their people, care, serving teams, groups and children’s ministry. Your church decides what is recorded, who can see it and how long it is kept. If you are a member, visitor, parent or volunteer, please contact your church first with any question about your information. We handle it only to provide Juntos to your church.
What we handle
Account details for church staff and volunteers, such as name, email, phone, role and language.
Church directory details, such as names, families, birthdays and contact details.
Care, serving, group and children’s ministry records that your church enters.
Information from your church’s other systems, when your church connects them.
Basic technical information, such as device type and sign-in records, to keep Juntos working and secure.
Sensitive information
Care records and children’s information can be very personal. Access is limited by role, and the most sensitive care can be limited to pastors only.
How we use it
To run Juntos for your church: records, schedules, check-in, reminders and alerts.
To send messages about Juntos, such as assignments, reminders and sign-in links.
To keep Juntos secure and to fix problems.
To meet our legal duties.
What we never do
We never sell personal information.
We never use it for advertising.
We never use church information to train AI models.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host Juntos, send email and run some features. They may handle information only to provide their service to us, and only as needed.
How long we keep it
Information is kept as your church directs and as the law requires. Some care records are kept for a set time and then anonymized.
Your choices
Ask your church to see, correct or remove your information. Church leaders can contact us through this website.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
