Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to churches using Juntos and to the people their church invites. A church’s signed agreement with Juntos, if it has one, comes first where the two differ.

The service

Juntos provides tools for congregational care, groups, serving and events, and children’s ministry, available to each church according to its plan.

Your church’s responsibilities

  • Use Juntos lawfully and for ministry.

  • Decide who gets access, and keep that list up to date.

  • Make sure it has permission to record the information it enters.

Your account

Keep your sign-in private. Use only the access your church gave you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Juntos to harm others, break the law, interfere with the service, or reach information you were not given access to.

Fees

Fees are those agreed with your church when it signs up.

Your church’s information

Your church’s information belongs to your church. We use it only to provide Juntos. If your church leaves, it can ask for a copy of its information before it is removed.

Our service

Juntos, its design and its software belong to Juntos. Other systems your church connects have their own terms.

Availability

We work to keep Juntos available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Limits

Juntos is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Juntos is not responsible for indirect losses.

Ending service

Your church may stop using Juntos. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
